On Wednesday, October 15th, record-setting pilot Captain Barrington Irving will test-fly Inspiration II, an aircraft built in just 10 weeks by 60 Miami-Dade high school students through his newly launched Build & Soar program, at the Opa-Locka Airport in Miami.
