| American Airlines Donates MD-82 to Baker Aviation |

| Today, November 4th, 2009, at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Peter J. Delora, Senior Vice President, Miami, Caribbean, and Latin America, American Airlines, announced the donation of the $6,000,000 MD-82 aircraft to Baker Aviation. The aircraft is expected to arrive at Miami International within the next few weeks. It will provide students at Baker Aviation with a large commercial aircraft to prepare for real world jobs in the exciting and growing aviation maintenance industry.
